RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
Due to the nature of our business, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on personlised or non- personalised items upon change of mind.
Please choose items wisely as refunds will not be offered due to change of mind after purchase. This applies to all discounted items.
We can however can provide a store credit if we have not yet started your order, or if you would like to return your non- personalised items.
In an unlikely event your order is received faulty, damaged or missing items please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Once you have received your order please check it thoroughly as once the 14 days have past, we are unable to provide any replacement.
